From the first phone call with the customer service team to the repeated check up calls keeping me in the loop and finally the service call, Lasiter and Lasiter is a truly professional and compassionate company. Craig and team (4 in total) that showed up to perform the fix were outstanding. I thought I had one pipe break and it turned out I had three. I was fixed up in under 2.5 hours. The service was outstanding, and I'm very satisfied with the fixes. I have a plumbing company for life. Thank you!!!! I just wish our power production and grid was as dependable in Texas.

The plumber was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. But the price that was charged for installing a new garbage disposal was outrageous. After some research I found that they charged me over twice as much as I could have had it done with someone else

Roto-Rooter had great and fast service. We were able to get same-day service for an urgent issue and they took great care of us. In and out, problem solved in less than an hour.

Don and his team were extremely helpful to resolve my broken water heater. Dealing with other contractors for a week only to still have issues with my water heater was frustrating. Don responded and was fixing my water heater within 24 hours. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.
