Best Electrical Inspections in Arlington TX

I see all these good reviews on here and I'm pretty sure it's because the customers did not realize they are being charged for things they don't even need! I've hired these guys once to come take a look and they tried telling me I needed a whole new unit, about $8,000! So naturally I got a second opinion. Apparently, I did not need a new unit, I just needed another return air duct! House feels wonderful! And it didn't cost me $8000. I also called them up on another house I rent out. I thought maybe it was just the salesman, nope. Different guy, still tried to tell me I needed a whole new unit. I just bought the one that is in there like 2 years ago! So I got a second opinion. All I needed was a condenser. I'm sure they do great installs, but I believe they have been ripping people off for years by telling them they need more than what they really do. Do your research people and get second opinions!

Would not recommend using them. Led my wife to believe they could do leak detection over the phone. When they get here, turns out they do not have the equipment to do so and seemed like they were ready to leave rather than try to discover where the problem was rooted. There is a fee for showing up, so I have them fix a seperate issue since they are here. A recently installed double sink vanity needed to fix leaks under the cabinet. Turns out both sinks still leaking after they left. At first I only realize one is leaking and call and ask for half my money back. End up speaking to the guy who came to my house and calls me a liar when I recount the experience. Owner said they would come back, but I do not want them back in my house after such a bad interaction in person and over the phone. Owner says all she can do is send back the service fee after my payment cleared. I said ok and hung up. Many months later I have not seen a refund on service fee. Rude, unprofessional, and lied about a refund. Awful experience, recommend not calling them.

Randy came to my house today he was very professional extremely knowledgeable and tested my AC and even cleaned the coils.
I appreciate him for this service. As always, Metro Energy Savers is excellent.
