Best Drainage Issues in Arlington TX

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Our water heater was moved from the inside to the outside of the home. The previous plumbers did not provide proper ventilation; so the safety feature on the water heater would turn off automatically. David was awesome!! David was very personable, professional, and knew exactly how to fix the problem. We had been without hot water since 09/11/2020; However today 10/01/2020 we know have hot water. Kudos to David!!

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

Bryan and Carl were excellent. It was freezing on the day they came out, but they were just pleasantly doing their job. I had different company tell me they have to do some work and charge me for that before they could give me a quote on the actual leak. But Bryan spent over 2 hours finding the leak and then gave me a bid. He did not charge me for the diagnosis of the problem.Bryan and Carl returned a week later and spent 3 days digging under my house and fixing my leak. They also did a few other things. They were early every day and were very professional. Even though the Cost was over $4000.00, I believe they gave me more value for my money. I will definitely use Ernies again.Also the office called ahead before they arrived and did follow up to see if I was happy and had all my concerns met. Great Customer Service. Requested a quote 3 weeks ago. No response was ever posted via the service whale website I was directed to when requesting a quote. It still says “Being priced.” I really dislike when companies fail to reach back out to customers. If you’re busy state you have a lead time. If you can’t accept residential customers post that or send an automated response. Hearing nothing for 3 weeks is unacceptable, especially when the service whale form asked for a timeline of when the work is “ready to begin” and I entered “within a week.”

If you’re going to have an online ticketing system, you should use it, otherwise take it down.

Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything. Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.
