Won't do business with them again. I hired them to redo the sewer line from the back house to the street of my duplex rental property. Problem was they forgot to re-tie the front house sewer to this new main sewer line. Shortly after the completion of the work, The tenants of the front house complained that their plumbing was backing up. My property managers called another plumbing company to check out the problem. They found it. Verns did not reconnect the sewer line . I called Verns back and they responded to fix the problem. However, I received a $240 bill from the plumbers who found Verns faulty work. I asked Verns to pay the bill. They refused. After numerous calls back to them they said they would compromise and leave $240 as a credit for any future work. I accepted that offer. Low and behold, a year and a half later, I needed another plumber. I called Vern's because of the credit I have with them. Who wouldn't. Guess what, they didn't have any record or documentation regarding the $240 credit, go figure. Not a computer data entry or notes anywhere. They couldn't even find any of my job details or billing information. Erik, the guy who practically runs the place for the owner and is the guy I who negotiated the credit with, would not acknowledge the credit and blamed any lost info on what else? You guessed it, Covid and moving offices during that time period. Don't do business with them. I won't again.

I scheduled my appointment for a ‘tune-up’ of the AC unit of my HVAC system. Tommy scheduled the appointment based on my request. I received reminder notifications for my appointment the day before the appointment. I received a notification that the tech was on his way the morning of the appointment. Further, I received a call from the tech, Francisco Ramos, letting me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He arrived on time, and got right to work after introductions and a few questions. He answered some questions that I had and was very methodical and thorough about finishing the task at hand. When he was done, he cleaned the work area, documented the work he had done, and summarized it for me verbally. In addition, he suggested the addition of an enhancement to the system that might prolong the life of the compressor. All of this defines OUTSTANDING customer service! I thank Francisco and Lee’s Air for always making me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to recommend Lee’s Air to those that have plumbing and HVAC needs. Lee’s Air is my company of choice for my HVAC needs.Thanks again,Jim

$95 to have a technician come out to give a quote on replacing a water heater? Hahaha no thanks.

Entire house backed up. 100+ yo house had no cleanout. They were at my place in 2 days and installed a new clean out. The price was much less than I thought it would be. They saved the day. I will definitely call them if I have any plumbing problems I might have.
