Chris Rooter was absolutely amazing!! We had our front room flood from rain and Chris showed up and worked above and beyond to find the problem in the backyard piping. Chris also helped to instal a pump to keep the water from continuing to enter the front room for further damage. Chris did all of this in pouring cold rain and did not stop until he knew our house was okay. We would 100% recommend Chris Rooter to anyone. We can not say enough about how wonderful and caring Chris's service is to his customers.

We called Rapid Rooter later on a Saturday and received a prompt call back regarding our plumbing issue. We had already called two other plumbing companies who had not returned our call. We had a water softener tank on the outside of our house that was leaking a lot of water and flooding the side of our house. We thought we would have to pay a plumbing company to come after-hours to fix it. We talked to one of the plumbers on the phone and he actually walked us through how to turn it off without having to come to our house. It was so helpful! He did not charge us for the advice. We will use this company in the future!

Great Job replaced shower valve in no time and came right out. VERY VERY fast and efficient!!!!

They said my grandmother needed her line replaced for 5,000 dollars and there was nothing they could do. Their visit led to more problems with our plumbing. They were going to charge us to come back out. We called cost less plumbing and they cleared and out and found the blockage. They are double checked things.
