I needed to call the office several times and Nancy was extremely professional and helpful each time. Blake replaced our water heater and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Came out and fixed only one of the two repairs needed.. Never called back to schedual an appointment to finish job.. Left leaking faucet in kitchen and no water access .. Water damage to my wood floors and cabinets.. Mildew stains and odor throughout. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Anywhere but here!
