Best Hour Emergency Service in Fresno CA

Although [ prominent Fresno-based AC company ] has serviced my AC units for years and done a commendable job, I recently felt things had gone a bit too far when they charged me over $450 for a $180 replacement motor. I know marking parts up is part of the game but, for some reason, this seemed a bit excessive... After reading some of the other positive reviews, I figured I'd give Lee's a shot. My first experience has been fantastic -- interacting with the office was straightforward -- they were courteous and professional. Best of all, the technician who serviced the unit was *very* conscientious -- he invested the time to thoroughly leak-test the unit and communicated clearly (I was out of state when this happened) regarding all of the issues. Contrast this with [ another prominent Fresno HVAC company ] which simply recommended replacing the unit... My first experience with Lee's and it's already obvious I will save hundreds of dollars due to the quality of the technician.

Wonderful experience with this company and the owner! My laundry room flooded when I was doing a load of laundry and water was simultaneously backing up into my kitchen sink. When I originally called to see if they could help me I was immediately put at ease by the phone call - James (the owner) answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. When he came out to my house he was very nice and professional and fixed the issue easily! Well under an hour, and he had me run the washer while he was there just to be sure it was all draining properly again and to put my mind at ease. I’m so thankful! I’m also happy to find out they do general plumbing repairs/work too, so this will be my go-to company from now on! Yay! Highly recommend!

Wasted our time, didn’t do what they promised

He was fantastic!!! He replaced a kitchen faucet for us and got our water heater working. So professional, clean, and on time! We would definitely work with him again!

Super fast ! Sean showed up 20 minutes after i called them. He was super freindly, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained everything that was wrong, and exaclty what was needed to be fixed. Very professional!
