My shower drain and toilet drain was stopped up. I called them around 9:30 am, told them it was a non emergency, they said they would send John out soon and he arrived around 10:45 am. He and his helper finished up at 1:pm. It was a hard blockage.

While he was working on the blockage, I told him I was thinking about having a new toilet installed. He said I could save a service call if they did it while they were here this time. I picked one up and got it back to the house just as they finished clearing the blockage. They got that installed, and everything is working fine now.

John and his assistant were both very professional, they followed Covid safety procedures, and the price was very reasonable.

My mom and I have been dealing with a leak at our home for the past two weeks. The entire process has been extremely challenging especially with my insurance company, Wellington. Henry was sent to our home to detect the if their was a leak, and indeed their was. For home owners who’ve had a leak you know how scary this can be. However, Henry made the process less intimidating. He educated me. He showed me where the leak was located, and the source of the leak. He even gave me advice on dealing with my insurance company.
