I needed my water pressure regulator checked. It leaked a little when I adjusted the pressure but then stopped. I called SWAT on a Friday and they set up an appointment for Monday which was good for me. I was surprised to get an appointment so soon. The technician arrived in the morning a little after 9:30 am He said sometimes the regulator leaks a little when adusting it. When the lock nut is tightened that usually stops the leak. That is what happened for me. He didn't try to sell me a new water pressure regulator. So it was a good experience for me.
