John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

We needed our tankless water heater de-scaled. We called multiple companies and no one would give us a quote over the phone. Brovo’s plumbing not only gave us a price over the phone but it was the exact amount at the time of service. They gave us a window between 8-11am and they were he in between that window with a curtesy call 30mins prior to them showing up.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service! A problem that plagued me for a week, was taken care of in under 30 minutes, shouts out to Tyler!!!! I would definitely refer to my friends and family!!!!!

Shawn with Mr. Plumber was awesome to work with! They are a very respectful and professional company and Shawn was great to work with. They are very responsive and quick to help. Quote was on a timely manner and we didn’t have to wait forever for service. We had a small leak and a defective part (not on their side) and they were so helpful and quick to come and repair and replace what needed to be done! Highly recommend them!

I'm very surprised at how many people have given this company 5 stars! Of course, I might have in the past. I have used them before and they came highly recommended. I first called on a Thursday afternoon and was told I would get a call-back for an appointment. Either they weren't using the company number and didn't leave a message or no one called me back. I called the following Monday and made an appointment. They told me 8:45 on Wednesday. No one showed up. I finally called at 9:45 and got lots of excuses why they weren't on time. The repair person didn't arrive until almost 10. Most services give you a courtesy call to say they are on their way. I received no call for that or to say they were going to be late. They replaced a garbage disposal. That night, I realized something was leaking. I called early the next morning (8:00) and was told that my number would be passed on the office. At 9:00 I called again and asked if I was on the schedule. She said all she could do was pass my name on to the office again. So at 11:45, I called again. The man I spoke with said he would get me in today and someone would call me when they were on the way. Second repair person came around 3:00 without calling. He replaced some PVC but it was leaking after he left. The next person that called around 4 pm wanted to schedule an appointment for the next day, a Friday. I told them I couldn't be home before 4 and he said he'd call the next day. He didn't call back so I called around 9:30 see if I was on the schedule. The man who answered acted annoyed that I called but I hadn't been told if someone was coming out. I gave them 1 star because the first repair person was very friendly. The phone people acted annoyed each time I called back and I'll say the feeling was mutual. If you are willing to put up with the lack of communication and the disrespect, these are your folks.
UPDATE: I talked to a friend of mine who had a kitchen redo. Her contractor used this company and she wasn't impressed with their work. Maybe they have enough business through the contractor, they don't need regular customers.

We had a urinal overflowing in our restroom and the drain in the floor was plugged. They came out right away and fixed the urinal and unplugged the floor drain. Then they proceeded to clean up some of the standing water. Once they were finished, they gave us information on a restoration company. We have used them in the past as well and have always had a good experience. Thank you Charles.

I have used Service Company Plumbing several times and have been happy both with the jobs they did and the personnel I have encountered. Ray and Diego are great guys!

If i could leave no stars i would. Very unorganized in the office. Owners are rude not to mention the techs they have now don't know what their doing. Problem still not fixed.

I am very upset and disappointed with HEB Plumbing. When I made the appointment and discussed our issue- Kathryn said they would use a camera to diagnose. She never mentioned the cost which was $500. I was taken back and the work estimate was off the top of her mind at $6800. We had similar work done before on the other side of our house for 5x less. We called another plumber who will be doing the work for way less than her $6800. This company should be embarrassed to take my $500 when I told them the exact issue we had and what we needed to do. I feel like I just bought their Christmas presents today.

A couple of years ago, this company responded to our call about what obviously was an under-slab hot water leak. They arrived as scheduled and quickly confirmed the leak, identified its location, and proposed a minimally invasive repair. Their work was quick and effectively 'bypassed' the leak. The repair remains fully functional; now we don't even give the old 'leak' a thought. Good job!

Wilson Home Services came to my attention by way of a recommendation from a friend ...and just in time. Have been working at home due to current conditions and noticed it was getting warm in the house. Went out to check the air conditioning unit and saw a block of ice on the piping going to the unit. Called Wilson's home services and my timing was great. They were just finishing a call in my area. Justin, the technician, was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and explained everything. No heavy sales tactics. It was capacitor issue in the unit in the attic. Fixed and cool again! Great company and people to deal with!
