Best Sump Pump Maintenance in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

Scheduler said they would be at my house in the afternoon. When I called at 4 I was still scheduled. At 5:15 they requested that I wait until first thing next morning. Luckily my sewer wasn't completely blocked. Once the serviceman got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was finished in 20 minutes, ran a camera, and gave us an estimate for replacing my very old sewer line.

How stressful is it to become aware of a gas leak and have Atmos turn off your gas service 2 days before Thanksgiving in an old house with gas everything (water heater, central heat, cooktop, oven...)?? The answer is A lot!
It lasted only until Roto-Rooter said they could have someone there the very next morning!!! They performed the testing and repairs needed during the same trip, with all parts and test equipment needed already in the truck.... and then made arrangements with the City for work inspection the very next business day! Way exceeded what I thought was realistically feasible.
The stress relieve gained from their responsiveness and the sense of professionalism was amongst the very best I have experienced with just about any contractor over many years. The fairness of the pricing in light of the service rendered was also just first class. I will tell all my friends to hire Roto-Rooter for any plumbing service need, and I am writing this review to let others know about it as well.

Called and spoke to Phillip regarding an issue with our tankless hot water heater. Phillip walked me through the issue and thoroughly explained what he thought the problem might be. He was absolutely right and we were able to get our hot water running soon after. I have never used this company before but with the professionalism and expertise provided by Phillip we will absolutely call them for our plumbing needs again. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I have used Andress for years. Not always cheapest but it’s done right. No call backs.

Terrible experience just now November 2nd 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I CALLED Friday October 30th 2020 and spoke with Carol, set up an appointment with Carol and I was guarantied confirmation call November 2nd for the time frame for them to come out Tuesday November 3rd.

I waited all day today and called at 4:30 p.m. to find out what happened for the phone call. She stated she was on a conference call! All day? She said was going to call me eventually! Then she said we can come out tomorrow 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

I have to work to pay them $160.00 an hour for just coming out and me (customer) being the one calling them (business) to check on appointment. Customer has to re-arrange work schedule to accommodate their appointment (their schedule) with a less then a 24hr. notice. Then I said I was going to check because Im working. Carol called me back less than five minutes and asked. So do you want us to come out or not because I’m about to close here in a little bit and I need to know. So now I need hurry up and
Accommodate the business again. As a customer now you have to be the one accommodating them and pay them too.

I asked to speak to some one about this issue and the Owner gets on phone, to my surprise owner was just as bad as employee and told me to come on and make it short because she has other customer waiting! So now I’m also a burden to the business!

This is not how you do business! So you get what you pay for! So be ready to be the scheduler, coordinator, to be on their time, not your time... and pay them too!
and hoping you don’t get into an issue because their customer service from employee and Owner is horrible!

I had a great experience with the plumbing service. The plumber was courteous, skilled, and fixed the problem with my plumbing efficiently. I'm grateful for their expertise and would highly recommend their services.

My toilet was fully functioning again, and they cleaned up wonderfully. The cost was quite affordable, and they arrived promptly.

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

Called Stark Services, and explained the issue I was having with my HVAC unit. I was under the assumption I had a refrigerant leak and bad compressor due to the hissing sound coming from my the heat pump condenser. The techs came out and looked at it.The tech said my unit needed a new fan, refrigerant, and compressor without testing the equipment needed. Due to the high estimate provided for repair of the equipment, my wife and I were told that it’d be better to go ahead and purchase a new air handler and condenser.After about an hour of discussing the options and explaining multiple times that the estimate was way overpriced for the work, the sales rep left.About 30 mins after that a different company (which shall remain nameless) comes by, starts the ac up. He Tests the capacitor output and replaces the capacitor on the condenser. There were no refrigerant leaks, no compressor issue, no fan motor issue.Heed my warning Stark Air is a bunch of crooks and steer clear of them at all costs. Don’t be fooled into purchasing a new unit when it’s not within your budget or necessary.
