They replaced my ELECTRIC Tankless Water Heater and did a wonderful job. Did a great job at a fair price and that's all I want from any service company. I will be calling them back to install a pressure valve as my water pressure is too high and will cause problems. Never tried to upsell me either which was a relief!

Let’s start with Horacio. He was absolutely terrible. He did not listen to any concerns because I was a woman and didn’t know what I was talking about. Because of this dismissive attitude after the repair from the “leak” that ALD found that no one was aware of. ALD was out on a foundation claim and found said leak. This repair was made and I was sold a double clean out that I did not need. Very shortly after the “repair” I was calling ALD with concerns of now I am having air in my lines and back up. They just wanted their deductible and I refused until they made it right. They already received a check from the insurance and the material costs from me. Horacio came back out and again dismissed. He literally did not check anything. I had to ask him to leave my property he was so awful. I called ALD back and reported this so they sent a guy named Mike. Very nice guy, he did listen to my concerns and saw what I was speaking of and discovered I am on a septic and city. I was charged to clean out the main line which never happened to begin with. Fast forward to 1 year and 4 months later. I have never had a resolve from the company. I now have had 1 plumber and a master plumber come and look at what ALD has done. ALD tied me back into my deleted septic tank and sold me a double clean out that is being cut out and tied off to keep from people dying. These fumes are deadly and ALD put me and my family at risk. Had they initially checked out my concerns or listened to information upon completing the job, they would have made a proper repair and not taken me off of the city. I would never use them again ever! They are rude and will stick it to you with no resolve. I do not know how dishonest and unhonerable people like this stay in business.
