I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. I highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing. I had some tree roots get into my plumbing that was preventing water to drain from my house. Michael showed up and cleaned out the lines in just a matter of minutes. He also talked about preventive maintenance that could avoid this going forward. He is ver professional and did not upsale. He simply identified the issue and what needed to be done and got it taken care of.

Punctual, professional, no complaints – except for one biggie: the price (which I agreed to, of course, before the work was performed, but just didn’t want to mess with trying to call another plumber). It was just extremely expensive, I thought, for what we had done (even with a “10% discount”), so very unlikely we would use this company again.
