I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

called about a line that got damaged during a fence install. robert came out within an hour of my call and the line was fixed right away. also gave me some good advice on some other plumbing issues. one of the smoothest experiences i've had. will be going back for any future plumbing needs.

These guys are top notch. The quality and detail they put into their work is everything you want. They replaced a hundred foot of cast iron sewer pipe with pvc and did a fantastic job. Things that stood out…they were fast, clean, they went the extra mile. I will be recommending and using them for all plumbing needs in the future.

Isaac has been to my house a couple of different times to take care of minor plumbing issues that have popped up. He's honest, timely, affordable. Not going to do more than he needs to fix your issue if he can help it. We've found a this is not the correct way to do this at all plumbing issues and he's been able to find a solution to fix it to keep water flowing and inside the places it's supposed to be. There was ONE time after the 2021 freeze that he couldn't get to me...because...well all the plumbers were busy, and he gave me the contact at another company that he trusted. WHO DOES THAT?? He wanted to make sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible with someone even HE would trust to do his work, even if it meant he lost the job in the moment. Class act. I will ALWAYS recommend him and Panther City Plumbing.

These guys did a great job, called one day and repairs were done by the next day at a very competitive price, totally professional.

These guy's rock. I have used them two times now and probably next week for a faucet issue. So friendly and fast. I called thinking it would be a few days each time and same day they show up. Cost is mind blowing too, I often expected to pay more. I liked them so much I gave them to my friend to give out as a plumber to to clients. I highly recommend them.

The plumbers were able to come same day and work on my leaky faucets. They were experienced and resourceful and fixed the leaks. The price seemed high for the work but maybe that’s just the Dallas plumbing market.

Danny, his family, and trainee were amazing in taking care of replacing our aged water heater. Despite the best efforts of my home warranty company to stall, Addco took great care of us to speed along the process and get us taken care of.

We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

Terrible, charged me 235$ and said i had a collapsed pipe
gave me a further estimate of 3200$ Got a second opinion and they fixed it for 400$ no jackhammer needed.Just a clog. i would give zero stars if it let me.
