Blue Diamond Plumbing was able to come out on a Saturday morning to help us out with an emergency sewer issue. It was ultimately determined to be the responsibility of our city, but we used Blue Diamond to get to that point. They were so helpful and we will use them again as needed!

DO NOT USE SWAT! IF I HAD OPTION TO RATE IT A ZERO THEN I WOULD!I was charged a deductible of 75$ for them to just come out and say “Toilets are not flushing and you have a problem, you need to call the office and set up another appointment to run a camera” (I know the toilets are not flushing that’s the reason I called) The tech did not have the camera to run it the same day he was ALREADY THERE. They should have the proper equipment to have done that on one stop.Later that day I called to set up that camera appointment and I had to pay that deductible once again.When the camera guy came out, I had to pay an additional 300$ for them to run it and to just tell me “oh yea, it looks like you have a problem down there on the pipe”So I called the office to get a price, and the estimated price to fix my issue was 7,000$. I had several questions that the ladies at the office could not answer (they were very nice but did not know much) so I asked for a manager who was supposed to call me the same day. I did not get a call. I waited another day and didn’t recieve a call so I decided to call every hour until I finally got a call from him. Really got no where with the manager so there really is no hope to get anything figured out with this company. If you’re in no rush to get work done and want to get no straight answer and extremely high prices this is the right company for you.Wasted money and time for them to do absolutely nothing
