Best Regular Inspections in Fort Worth TX

My name is Joanie. My experience with Sanders Plumbing was wonderful as usual. I have used them many times. David and Kevin were very kind and experienced. Every plumber that has been sent out to our house over the years has been wonderful. I would never trust my plumbing to any other company but Sanders Plumbing. This is an HONEST company.

I received a call and email from staff offering their help and requesting removal of the review. This effort convinced me to up my 1 star to 3 star review. I wont choose them still, but it looks like they are trying to better themselves.

I cannot believe how these guys are still in business. I normally do not waste time with such things but these guys seriously deserve this review.

For almost $10000 project, I wanted to test them, by starting with two simple light fixture installation at our dealership. They had to reschedule 3 times with a week in between each. First excuse our manager got deployed. Think of a business, when one person leaves, entire operation sucks. First sign of low quality that I missed.

We reschedule the appointment for a week later at 10.30. On the day of of appointment, the company calls me at 11.30 and apologizes by saying we thought the parts were in stock but they are not, we will have them by x day

I say okay, lets go with that. Today I call again, like everytime I call they have no idea who the caller is or what status of our case is, they have zero customer relationship management, each time you have to recite the whole story so they can actually make progress in understanding what one needs. With this third failure, I cancelled everything. I wish I could charge them for this dishonest and inapt business practice for wasting my time for so long.

Take your business elsewhere, or go through the same bs and find the same things out the hard way.

They provided me a great service for sewer testing after my foundation work completed.

Peerless Plumbing Company is a terrific plumbing company and takes a lot of pride in their craft. Most of the work they did in our bathroom and kitchen were to fix the terrible job done by the plumbers who renovated our apartment. Peerless Plumbing Company is our default company from now on. Super happy we found them.

This company always provides excellent service. They are quick & efficient, never leave a mess, and always courteous. They have worked on various issues around my home the last three years, and I’m always impressed with the work they do.

I did not get the chance to use this business. We set an appointment from 12-2 today - our realtor had to meet the plumber to open the house up. The plumber calls at 10:30 asking if he can come early because he finished a job. I called our realtor and asked, and he said he'd rush over there to be there at 11:30. The plumber called his office and they said no do not worry or rush 12 is fine. At 12:05 he hadn't showed, so I called him and he said they sent me to another job and i'm held up here. Carol at the office said You just never know how long a job will take.

Unprofessional, bad time management, etc.

Dusty and Nathan were awesome. They worked really hard at the repairs. Cleaned up afterward and we're so professional and courteous. James Rowe uses only the best people.

Great service! My technician Faryn was very good, and very informational about the bugs.

I love these guys. Always professional punctual and great customer service. the senior tech was incredible and very honest and upfront. Couldn't recommend them more!

I am a homeowner who recently had to have my septic tank replaced. I was dreading the project because it seemed like a lot of work and I didn't want to go through the process of finding contractors. Peerless Plumbing Company-North Richland Hills just came out to do some other work on our property, and so I thought that I would ask them about installing my septic tank for me. Their customer service rep took the time to walk me through the whole process and even showed me the approved drawings for my project. It was so easy, I couldn't believe it!
