Best Pump Installation in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. On Tuesday July 26, 2022 we called Mr. Rooter because of a clogged drain in our kitchen. I explained to your technician, Brett, that we had a clog and he suggested running a cable in the drain to unclog it. Brett ran the cable all the way out once and back and told me that there was grease in the drain. I asked if he could run the cable again and he told me that it would not remedy the problem because the cable would just go through the clog and the clog would reseal once the cable was retracted. He billed us $365.50 and left as quickly as he arrived. All we had to show for our time was a invoice that stated:

Clogged island sink. Ran cable attempting to remove blockage. Ran 75ft. Pulled back cable, incased in grease over 40ft of cable. No foot
vent installed. Recommend treating with sizzle or finding a company that will hydro jet from the interior. Unable to clear grease.

We did as he suggested to no avail. We called one of your competitors to hydro jet the same area. They advised against using hydro jetting because of the possible mess and hazard that it would create. They wanted to use a cable too but I was reluctant because of what I was told by Brett. Nevertheless, they convinced us to try the cable again and were able to clear the drain. The new plumber asked, Why did the first guy only run the cable one time? I now have the same question. We paid for a service and only received half effort, excuses and disappointment. I am so angry that we went four days without access to our kitchen sink only because of your technician's lack of effort.

We had to pay someone else to do what you should have done the first time!

Had a leak in a valve box Jonathon and Dad came out repaired the leak for a reasonable price good guys easy to work with

The plumber efficiently and quickly fixed our repeatedly clogged sink. A very kind and deferential worker.

I thought I had a slab leak and found Cliff Morgan. He came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem, not a slab leak. He explained how to fix the issue ans didn’t charge me at all. Super nice guy. Very punctual!

I have used Wilson 4-5 times now, each and every time I am impressed with the techs and service. It is a welcome surprise when the techs speak highly of the owner. They will always get my recommendation.

Terrible experience just now November 2nd 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I CALLED Friday October 30th 2020 and spoke with Carol, set up an appointment with Carol and I was guarantied confirmation call November 2nd for the time frame for them to come out Tuesday November 3rd.

I waited all day today and called at 4:30 p.m. to find out what happened for the phone call. She stated she was on a conference call! All day? She said was going to call me eventually! Then she said we can come out tomorrow 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

I have to work to pay them $160.00 an hour for just coming out and me (customer) being the one calling them (business) to check on appointment. Customer has to re-arrange work schedule to accommodate their appointment (their schedule) with a less then a 24hr. notice. Then I said I was going to check because Im working. Carol called me back less than five minutes and asked. So do you want us to come out or not because I’m about to close here in a little bit and I need to know. So now I need hurry up and
Accommodate the business again. As a customer now you have to be the one accommodating them and pay them too.

I asked to speak to some one about this issue and the Owner gets on phone, to my surprise owner was just as bad as employee and told me to come on and make it short because she has other customer waiting! So now I’m also a burden to the business!

This is not how you do business! So you get what you pay for! So be ready to be the scheduler, coordinator, to be on their time, not your time... and pay them too!
and hoping you don’t get into an issue because their customer service from employee and Owner is horrible!

This firm performed a fantastic job installing my shower, which I hired them to do. They ensured that everything was carried out correctly, working carefully and cleaning up after themselves. They are absolutely someone I will work with again on future projects!

I can't recall the last time I received such excellent service from a company. The plumbers made a fantastic sump pump repair job. It means a lot to me.
