I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

I recently needed to put in a new water heater. They put in the new water heat precisely to code and while they were working on it, they noticed water on the floor that wasn't from the water heater.
They identified it as a slab leak. They fixed the slab leak.
When the inspector came the next day to check their work, I was on the phone. I pointed him to where he could check the water heater and the slab repair. Within a minute he was walking back and gave me a smile and a thumbs up!

Totally dissatisfied...they came out 3 times each time a different result or to cause malfunction to run up bill and still system is not working properly....I don't like the hidden fees and excessive charges.....
