Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

I would highly recommend clearwater plumbers to any one who is looking for terrific service, punctuality, and fair pricing. Corey was very perfessional and extremely nice to us. I am very grateful for the time and hard work they put into fixing my problem.

I would give this company half a star if I could. They were supposed to go and do a job for me and I had to call them six times to check and see if it was done. A week later and six phone calls later, I finally got an answer that they NEVER did the job. She said they got too busy and didn't get to it. That's ok, if you got busy just tell somebody. Then she said no they weren't going to do the job. WOW. It's business like this that make us look bad to our customers. Just be honest with me up front and tell me you don't want to do the job.

During the most recent heat wave the air conditioner stopped working at my house while I work out of state with my parents living there. After reading the reviews on Hawk Plumbing I called and spoke with the office manager and explained I live out of state, my elderly parents reside there, and have been complaining about how hot it was getting inside.

I was extremely pleased to hear they prioritize calls for the elderly and she thought they could be there within 2 hours. As fate would have it they showed up early. Amazing!

The technician spoke with me over the phone and explained what the problem was and asked if I had any filters there so he could install them. I have an older unit so they had to be ordered but he said he'd come back to install them if needed. My parents loved him as he was really nice and didn't try to upsell them or be pushy.

When I called to schedule the appointment I was given a $30 coupon. The next day I received a call from the manager explaining the discount was not applied and that they'd be mailing us a check for it. I thanked them for their honesty as I would've never known it wasn't applied.

I highly recommend Hawk Plumbing because they showed up fast, fixed my air conditioner at a fair price, the staff was extremely helpful/friendly, and for my parents to give the technician praise seals the deal for me! From start to finish I could not be happier.
