I have been impressed with every interaction i've had thus far with Team Enoch. Fair & very detailed quotes, communicative, and made the process easy. Went with them for a new HVAC install. A few days afterwards, we noticed some gaps/air leaking out of where the plenum connects to the air handler/ductwork and the PVC piping was blocking the air filter access gate. They sent someone out that day to correct.

Moe (the service tech) was AMAZING! Was more than happy to answer all of my questions, and give me a detailed breakout of parts/applications etc. He was professional, and very thorough. He went above and beyond to correct minor issues, and provided copious amounts of tips for better operation. I am inquisitive by nature, and he was happy to explain things along the way. My apartment community had a major sewage pipe bust and my apartment had sewage back up inside. After having to involve the city this company was sent out to do the after clean. Tioga plumbing sent out Natalie first to access the issue and did a great job. The next day they sent out Edgar and a helper whom completed the repairs very efficiently. They also took the time to explain what they saw, how it needed to be fixed, and thr amount of time it would take for everything to be ready so we could have water again.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
