David came to my daughter’s house while I was house sitting and fixed both toilets and a couple of faucet water line that got messed up after the city of Fort Worth did pipeline construction on the street. He was prompt, courteous, meticulous, and fixed all the waterline issues that were damaged. I highly recommend him and Sander’s plumbing and will be using them again in the future.

My experience with Berkey's has been outstanding. Garrick was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me, even taking a picture of the issue with my hot water heater so that I could see what the problem was.

The gentleman that answered (Shawn) was very nice and eager to help me after hours. He made me feel like a priority. Then Michael the plumber came over the same night within minutes of each other and was ready to get to work with the same positive attitude. I had a very odd need (smoke detector changed on a 20 ft ceiling). After contacting a number of business and not having any luck, I called Wilson Home Services and they were great. They had a team out within an hour and completed the change for me. They were very friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
