Alek was the plumber that arrived and was very professional and very thorough in explaining the issues. He gave options of how to fix the issues without being too pushy and was prompt to be able to give quotes before doing the work. Definitely will use service plumbing company again and hope to have Alek next time!

I had a water pipe that burst in my ceiling. I called All Valley Plumbing. This was my first time using them. 1st of all they were friendly & prompt coming to do the job. Very good job. I will use them again & recommend them.

I reached out to this company today to get a regular maintenance service done on my HVAC system. The customer service rep sounded like she had no idea of what to do and finally, she checked the system and said she can send her team the next Wednesday but before I confirm she hung up. I tried calling again but no answer.

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

Very friendly, came over on Christmas. after being stuck at the airport due to cancellations I came home to backed up pipes. He came over very fast, was very professional, explained everything he was doing and gave advice as to how to proceed if it happens in the future.
Will keep his number for future issues. Will call again if needed.

I was grossly overcharged for work. I was never given an estimate before work was done. I complained about the fee and was brushed off.

The work itself also was not satisfactory as I still have issues.

We had a gas leak at our church which shut down our facilities and our Preschool. When our regular plumber was too busy to help us, James Rowe Plumbing came out immediately to assist us. The service tech, Jonathan Rowe, was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me up dated on the progress of our repair. He explained everything and showed me exactly where the leak was. He made the repairs and contacted the city of Arlington for the inspection. James Rowe Plumbing is now on the top of our my call list for services providers. Linda and Jerry completed annual maintenance by flushing our tankless water heater. They were very friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I will definitely refer Tioga contractors to my friends and family! The customer service from office staff is also top notch!

I've used these guys 3 different times and have found them to be extremely professional reliable. I have worked with dishonorable plumbers in the past and these guys are not that. Tyler has been here 2 time and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The 1st time he was here was to fix my daughter's bathtub faucet. As a father himself, he asked if i would like him to adjust the water temperature governor on that faucet so that the temperature would not reach a level to burn my children in case they were messing around with the handle. I appreciated the consideration. Also, Amie who is the receptionist has always been very polite and on top of things.
