I have had the pleasure (and unfortunate circumstances) of having this company to my home twice now and I cannot be more pleased. Aavrin (forgive my spelling!) is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable man. Each time he has taken the time to explain what he was doing and how I can go about preventing it from happening again. Any question I had, he answered and then some. I even got to meet his new apprentice, Jaime, on this last trip who, while quiet, was courteous and responsive. James Rowe's prices are reasonable, military/veteran friendly, and they even give coupons you can use or give to a friend. I would recommend this company to anyone! They have great people!

Called to get an estimate for their service call. I was asked how many bathrooms we have. I asked why that matters since I think we have a leak in our lawn sprinkler systems that is connect to a well and has no connection to the house. Was told I have to answer that question. When I refused, I was given an attitude and $350 for first hour of service. Really? Who are these people...
