Best Heat Pump Maintenance in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. Used a couple of times for a hot water heater replacement, hookup gas grill and installed new shower head. Everything went well and I thought was a good price.

My original hot water heater that was installed when my house was built over 13 years ago started leaking. It was installed in our house by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I called a Plumber that I had used over the past couple of years for small fixes around the house to come by and stop the leak and replace my hot water heater. I reached out to Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing after realizing they were the original Plumbers when my house was built and spoke with Gary who was very knowledgeable and very helpful by answering my questions even though I did not use them to replace my hot water heater. The plumbing company that I used did not pull a permit or have an inspection done after the work was completed. Gary informed me that was a State Law and requirement by the state of Texas and should have been included in my upfront estimate. I have since made the plumbing company that I used pull the Permit and have the Inspection done. I really appreciate Gary's time and sharing of knowledge even when I did not use them for the repair. This shows what an upstanding and respectful Company Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is and the type of people they employ. Will definitely use Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing in the future. Thank you Gary for taking the time on several occasions to speak with me regarding my Plumbing situation.

This was our first time calling ABC Plumbing. They promptly scheduled our appointment and kept us updated as to who was coming, and when they would arrive. Brian and Leo were amazing. We explained what we needed and they gave us options and updates. They were clear in their explanations, finished the work, and left the area nice and clean.
