Josh really helped us out of a bind. Hot water heater in the ATTICs was leaking. He came out quick, discussed the options and had me back up and running the same day. Ben Bravo came out to help hoist the old unit down and lift the new one in place. They installed an alarm system in case this one ever starts leaking. Very professional company. Super nice. Fair prices.

We used Confluent Solutions to correct a previous plumbing company who actually laid a new sewer pipe without connecting it (a pipe to no where). Wow, wow, wow!! I called the company before they opened and left a message regarding my plumbing problem. They open at 8 and I got a call back at 7:56AM. I then got a call from Todd at 9:08 letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he had on shoe covers in order for him not to drag in stuff into my house that could be on his shoes. He explained who he was and went to check out the issue. Todd figured out what was wrong immediately and made the necessary repairs. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.to my husband. As he was leaving, he took the time to also let me know he was done and was leaving the house. I was so impressed with Todd’s attitude, professionalism and knowledge as well as the company’s immediate call and dispatch of Todd. Will definitely keep their number and use them again if any other issues.

I told Rachel that I wanted to have a tech come out and look at the intermittent plumbing problems after I had warranty work done. My plumbing was totally backed up and I wanted someone to take a look at the plumbing valve.The guy that came out 4.5 hrs late as I was scheduled between 8 am to 12 pm and he came at a lille after 4pm said he is just a drain clea er and doesn't get on the roof. He flushed the toilets and said everything looks fine to me and I don't get on roofs, it's against our policy. He said if you need us again. Give us a call and left.

Set up a quote and was not told there would be a $59 fee by Carol. Now I’m being told the fee does not go towards the repair if I choose to use them. Not too happy right now. Not sure on quality of work maybe excellent but unsure since I only got a quote.

We were extremely impressed by ATSB Plumbing... he worked fast and was incredibly personable. We called because we had a back up in our system... not only is that fixed, but he also helped with two other problems we had (a running toilet and low water pressure in a guest bath sink). I was expecting to spend twice as much as I actually did. I cannot explain how pleasantly surprised we were with Stacey. When we called, the lady asked us how we had found them. When we replied Google, she asked if we had seen the Google discount they were running. My husband said no and she proceeded to tell us that if we mention the Google discount, we would receive 10% off. She didn't have to tell us that. Great couple, great company.
