I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. My home needed updated plumbing and these guys made it happen! Their hard working team put in the time needed to replumb my home and the price was much better than we had originally thought. Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

After getting the run around from a few other companies for a few days I tried Circle-E, who I had never heard of before. They were very responsive, followed up with me on what day and time they could come to my house which was actually very fast (about 24 hours later). They asked if I had an emergency, I did not and said they can have me as a regular appointment.

They called when they were on the way and showed up exactly when they said they would. They did the repair and install I needed, and gave me some advice on other things. No trying to oversell anything at all like many companies do, just giving me little tips on things which was great. I see that Circle-E provides a variety of services besides the one I needed. They do A/C, Furnace, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Painting, and much more. I will be using Circle-E for any of these services that I need in the future.

Always call Kathlyn. She's the best. She's helped with a garbage disposal blockage and a water line break that flooded three yards-on a holiday. She's the best price and the best work.

I had a pipe randomly burst during the recent 2022 December freeze and even though Monday was considered a holiday, Molberg Plumbing answered the call. Out of 14 plumbers, they were the ONLY company to answer, provide me information / costs, and send someone out. It was a holiday and I knew I was asking a lot, but they came out and got me fixed up within hours. I don't leave reviews often but I can honestly say I will be using them again in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

I recently bought a house, within 4 days of being there we noticed the toilet was flushing slow or not at all. I bought an auger and snaked the drain only to pull weeds. I wanted to call a local company because i believe in supporting the community. I called woody woods and received great customer service from a gentle men over the phone. I was advised that a gentlemen would be sent out in a few days. When the plumbing technician arrived he removed the toilet and we could see the weeds. The way it looked i believed he would get them out in no time since you could actually see them. This was not the case, he tried 2 different auger machines and nothing he told me it was a tough one. The plumbing tech told me that he was going to have to cut my vent pipe to even get to them because of how the pipe was routed. He cut the vent and still could not get them, he told me that he was probably going to have to bring a partner out with him, but he did not let me forget that he charges 80 dollars and hour for his service. He tried to snake the plumbing line one more time only to have his auger machine break down. He placed a rag in my drain and said he would be back in three days with a partner, but i should no that it will be at least 800 dollars since the weeds were so tough,. He left, the drain that he left open ended up backing up into my hallways and bed rooms. I called rooter rotters that same day, they sent out an actual, PLUMBING PROFESSIONAL', and the line was cleaned of all weeds in 20 minutes. The plumber did not even have to go in my house to do it, he went to the outside drain!!!!! I'm writing this to let anyone who reads it know, woody woods plumbing are crooks. The plumber they sent out smoked cigarettes the entire time, bragged about how much money he made and was very very unprofessional. The customer service over the phone is great but when it comes to actual plumbing work it is not. If i could give no stars i would, but one is the only description they have for bad service. Stay away, give your money to a company that values its customers.

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.
