Best Equipment Service in Fort Worth TX

Hawk worked with us to get the best unit selected for our needs. The actual installation was faultless, and when they finished I had trouble finding anything to vacuum behind them so I didn't !
Fernando is a perfectionist doing his work and I really like that work ethic. There has been only one problem, Hawk told me this unit would be quiet, but they did not explain that I would have to look at the thermostat to see if the unit/fan was running. We also have been very pleased with all plumbing repairs done by Hawk technicians. It is great to only place one service call that corrects the problem the first trip.

I received a call and email from staff offering their help and requesting removal of the review. This effort convinced me to up my 1 star to 3 star review. I wont choose them still, but it looks like they are trying to better themselves.

I cannot believe how these guys are still in business. I normally do not waste time with such things but these guys seriously deserve this review.

For almost $10000 project, I wanted to test them, by starting with two simple light fixture installation at our dealership. They had to reschedule 3 times with a week in between each. First excuse our manager got deployed. Think of a business, when one person leaves, entire operation sucks. First sign of low quality that I missed.

We reschedule the appointment for a week later at 10.30. On the day of of appointment, the company calls me at 11.30 and apologizes by saying we thought the parts were in stock but they are not, we will have them by x day

I say okay, lets go with that. Today I call again, like everytime I call they have no idea who the caller is or what status of our case is, they have zero customer relationship management, each time you have to recite the whole story so they can actually make progress in understanding what one needs. With this third failure, I cancelled everything. I wish I could charge them for this dishonest and inapt business practice for wasting my time for so long.

Take your business elsewhere, or go through the same bs and find the same things out the hard way.

They did an excellent job! Cleaned out the pipes and tested so everything is flowing again.

If I could rate this company negative stars I would. They sent a tech (Kyle) out to my sisters home and he said they found a leak under the foundation of the home in the dining room. We proceeded to have the floor and foundation taken up so we could get to the leak and there was not a leak. My father came out and located the leak with ease underground in the front yard. This company is not taking any responsibility for this mistake. Writing this review in hopes that people will see this and think twice before using this company so the same thing doesn’t happen to them. The tech Kyle admitted that he made a mistake but the company is not taking any financial responsibility for this. Please think twice before using this company.
