I noticed water leaking into my garage and office on a Sunday night and called American Leak Detection. They sent someone out immediately and located the source of the leak beneath my slab. I reached out about a week later and indicated I was ready for them to do the repair. They sent Henry R. to my home and he advised on the best options for repair. He suggested going through the slab and tunneling to the leak because it was likely to be in the steel beam below my slab due to the leak location and his knowledge of how home in Texas are built. I went with his advice and the company went to work the next day to begin the repair. Essentially, they had to penetrate through the slab in my garage and tunnel about 5 feet to get to the source of the problem. It turns out that he was right and the leak was in the beam. Listening to Henry saved me a lot of money. After Henry made the first repair it became apparent that there was still an additional leak further in. This required tunneling further in. Once Henry completed the second repair it still appeared there was a possible water leak. Henry came back to the house several times to confirm that it was simply ground water from my sprinkler system. Henry was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated his dedication to making sure I was a satisfied customer. I wholly and without reservation recommend this company to help find and fix your water leaks. Be sure to ask for Henry!
