Best Electrical Systems in Fort Worth TX
Jordan and David are my favorite!!!! Unfortunately we discovered we had a really bad plumbing problem after 5 o'clock today and they came right over and immediately diagnosed the issue and got to work. They fixed the leak, the clog and got us back to working order in no time. I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for an honest, knowledgable and friendly plumber. I very much appreciate the way they respond quickly and explain the issues in a way that a layperson can understand. They are great at taking care of both our residential and commercial plumbing needs. Thank you Sanders Plumbing!!!!!!!!

These guy's rock. I have used them two times now and probably next week for a faucet issue. So friendly and fast. I called thinking it would be a few days each time and same day they show up. Cost is mind blowing too, I often expected to pay more. I liked them so much I gave them to my friend to give out as a plumber to to clients. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Tioga! My son flushed a toothbrush down the toilet, not ideal. Mark came out and told us our options & prices. He told us his game plan & hoped he could do the least invasive method. He was successful! Got a discount on our service and he was in & out of the house in under 30 minutes. Great service. Will use & recommend to others.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
