My daughter noticed there was water on the foundation and told me to call United Plumbing because she had used them in the past. The office manager was very responsive and got someone out right away. Kris came out and explained everything he found and what he was doing. He was quick and had the leak found and fixed in no time flat. I will be using this company the next time I have any plumbing issues.

I am very impressed with the overall professionalism of Lasiter plumbing. Form the time we scheduled, they were clear about the time when and who will come. Plumber came exactly within those 2 hour window and called me 20 minuets before the actual time. He was pleasent, knew exactly where the problem would be. He was in and out less than 30 minuets after fixing my kitchen faucet. I will strongly recommend these guys.

I've been a customer of Stark Air for many years. Gerard Ibañez was the tech who came out today for the spring AC checkup. He was very polite, personable, thorough, and informative.As an addendum, we just had to have Stark come out yesterday (08/16/2019) and check out a noise our blower unit in the attic was making. I set up the appointment online late Thursday afternoon and they were here the next morning as I had requested. Julio Guerrero showed up on time. He was very pleasant, and informative. He quickly located the problem (blower motor was going out). He even showed me a video of the motor trying to run and causing the noise. He was quickly able to locate a replacement motor (which was covered under the Lennox warranty) and have everything back up and running in just a few hours which is a HUGE bonus since it was the middle of summer ....... in Texas. KUDOS and a big thank you to Julio Guerrero and the Stark team.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
