Best Damage Repair in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

Local, reliable, not here to overcharge or overrepair.

Came out, took a look, revealing the heating elements where both bad, took the time, drain tank, explained issues with old elements. Made repairs, run water to make sure no air in the tank, no leaks. Desmond responded to my need for a plumber very quickly and efficiently. He unplugged the drain for my air conditioner vent and I’m most appreciative because it was getting really hot in my house. I had water running on my floor beneath my AC unit and he ran the snake through the drain, cleared it out and he followed up by pouring water through the drain. He came highly recommended to me and I definitely will pass that recommendation on! I will use his services again when the need arises!

Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. And, we only had the one bathroom...Thank you!!!

Nick was excellent and went above and beyond to get our sprinkler system back in order. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing or sprinkler system needs.

Terrible experience just now November 2nd 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I CALLED Friday October 30th 2020 and spoke with Carol, set up an appointment with Carol and I was guarantied confirmation call November 2nd for the time frame for them to come out Tuesday November 3rd.

I waited all day today and called at 4:30 p.m. to find out what happened for the phone call. She stated she was on a conference call! All day? She said was going to call me eventually! Then she said we can come out tomorrow 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

I have to work to pay them $160.00 an hour for just coming out and me (customer) being the one calling them (business) to check on appointment. Customer has to re-arrange work schedule to accommodate their appointment (their schedule) with a less then a 24hr. notice. Then I said I was going to check because Im working. Carol called me back less than five minutes and asked. So do you want us to come out or not because I’m about to close here in a little bit and I need to know. So now I need hurry up and
Accommodate the business again. As a customer now you have to be the one accommodating them and pay them too.

I asked to speak to some one about this issue and the Owner gets on phone, to my surprise owner was just as bad as employee and told me to come on and make it short because she has other customer waiting! So now I’m also a burden to the business!

This is not how you do business! So you get what you pay for! So be ready to be the scheduler, coordinator, to be on their time, not your time... and pay them too!
and hoping you don’t get into an issue because their customer service from employee and Owner is horrible!

We just had our water heater repaired by Molberg Plumbing and were very pleased. Had a rusted pipe and thought we were going to have to replace the water heater but Zack and Harrison were able to remove the rusted and corroded pipe without any damage. They were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend their services.

My toilet was fully functioning again, and they cleaned up wonderfully. The cost was quite affordable, and they arrived promptly.

The pipe froze on Christmas Eve (of course) and Cameron was here within 20 minutes of my call for help! He very efficiently fixed the problem and got my water back up and running about 40 minutes after he got here! Super nice and efficient. Definitely in my saved in case of need list!! Highly recommended!
