Terrible! Everytime they have come out , I get a quote for repairs to be done. A few hours later the repairs jump to a ridiculously obscene amount. We are now in for over $26,000 worth of work and it's amazing that they keep finding issues. Makes me wander if they are creating issues just to quickly fix and charge $5000. There is no way that 12 hours of work is $23,000. The big problem is , is that they tear up the house and yard then tell us there's another issue and we have to have it fixed or we are left with no plumbing and holes in and outside of our home. Please stay away. I thought the good reviews were for real. Now, I think they paid for them. Very upset!!!!!!

I've been a long-time customer with Stark and have been very pleased with them. Carlos was a great technician with a good sense of humor and was able to fix my unit. Hope he'll be back someday

Jason from Airco went above and beyond what I expected in an HVAC repair call. He even left and returned with a replacement part when he could have easily made me wait until Monday morning. Being that temperatures at that time were in the teens, I am exceptionally grateful for his dedication and compassion. I wish all service people, as well as others, had his work ethic. What a GREAT employee, and person.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
