Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! I had a major blockage with my plumbing over a holiday weekend.
Everything was backing up in my bath tub and shower and the toilets wouldn't flush. Woodie Woods got me scheduled quickly and sent someone shortly after I called. Clint did a great job with diagnosing and fixing a difficult problem. He was really friendly and explained everything to me. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!!

Wow, wow, wow!! I called the company before they opened and left a message regarding my plumbing problem. They open at 8 and I got a call back at 7:56AM. I then got a call from Todd at 9:08 letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he had on shoe covers in order for him not to drag in stuff into my house that could be on his shoes. He explained who he was and went to check out the issue. Todd figured out what was wrong immediately and made the necessary repairs. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it.to my husband. As he was leaving, he took the time to also let me know he was done and was leaving the house. I was so impressed with Todd’s attitude, professionalism and knowledge as well as the company’s immediate call and dispatch of Todd. Will definitely keep their number and use them again if any other issues.

I hired Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing for my plumbing needs when I moved into my salon. They really went the extra mile to accommodated my scheduling needs for the move-in. They were also able to box-in the exposed pipes for me to make it look nice. Friendly, and professional at a great price. Informative, kind and prompt customer service. Jason and Eli installed a new water heater for my house. They worked hard in the heat, and still were very kind and cheerful.
