What luck? LOL! My hot water heater bit the dust on Christmas Day. Not many people are working during the holidays and if they are they charge emergency fees to come out. Someone up above was watching out for me. I first googled for plumbers on Sunday afternoon and I found a company called All Valley Plumbing and Rooter. The person who answered my call is named Jonathan Hernandez and he told me he could be out on early morning on Monday and he would have my hot water either repaired or replaced by the end of the of the day. Well, he lived up to his word...I have a new hot water heater and the water is already beginning to get hot. Jonathan owns this company and he is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend ALL VALLEY PLUMBING AND ROOTER.

These guys were there from start to finish. There were no extra surprises, after the quote we received. And once the job began they kept us posted on progress. Long story short, my go to company!!

So lucky L&S sent Todd to do the work at our house. Polite, friendly, efficient, and meticulous work. Knows how to do the job right. Plumbing repair turned out better than new. Deserves 6-stars. :)

I use Mars exclusively for carpet cleans and housekeeping. They do an excellent job on both! If there is ever anything missed, they make it a priority to come back immediately to take care of any issues. Love that I can call Delores directly regarding housekeeping, and the ladies in accounting at the office are super friendly. Great job!

do not ever use this company they are just a rip off company and just take your money and dont even fix the problem they were hired to do. I hired them to fix electrical shortage instead repairing he gave me an estimate of other stuff he wanted me to fix. so paid him for nothing and problem never got fixed.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
