Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. On Tuesday July 26, 2022 we called Mr. Rooter because of a clogged drain in our kitchen. I explained to your technician, Brett, that we had a clog and he suggested running a cable in the drain to unclog it. Brett ran the cable all the way out once and back and told me that there was grease in the drain. I asked if he could run the cable again and he told me that it would not remedy the problem because the cable would just go through the clog and the clog would reseal once the cable was retracted. He billed us $365.50 and left as quickly as he arrived. All we had to show for our time was a invoice that stated:

Clogged island sink. Ran cable attempting to remove blockage. Ran 75ft. Pulled back cable, incased in grease over 40ft of cable. No foot
vent installed. Recommend treating with sizzle or finding a company that will hydro jet from the interior. Unable to clear grease.

We did as he suggested to no avail. We called one of your competitors to hydro jet the same area. They advised against using hydro jetting because of the possible mess and hazard that it would create. They wanted to use a cable too but I was reluctant because of what I was told by Brett. Nevertheless, they convinced us to try the cable again and were able to clear the drain. The new plumber asked, Why did the first guy only run the cable one time? I now have the same question. We paid for a service and only received half effort, excuses and disappointment. I am so angry that we went four days without access to our kitchen sink only because of your technician's lack of effort.

We had to pay someone else to do what you should have done the first time!

We called Busby's because we had the same problem come back, that we had already fixed two times before with a different plumber. Busby's arrived and found the simple fix in no time. They were honest, friendly, and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and professional, both the owner and the technicians, was able to get my broken toilet flange replaced, genuinly couldn't recommend enough.

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

Extremely unprofessional, paid bobby’s son to do a job, I paid him because he said he finished job, he wasn’t finished, has now confirmed 6 different times that he would show up to finish, no shows each time, definitely do not recommend these clowns.

This company will rip you off . They will not give you the price upfront , charge you for visitation and price you incredibly high. I think they are making money out of visitation than actually doing any service . If you don’t like their price which you will obviously not but you will still have to pay for them to come and give you quote. Avoid
