Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Great experience! I was needing some special help with a gas inspection and the team made it so easy and customized everything to my needs. Johnathan was pleasant to schedule with and even followed up afterwards to make sure the inspection went well. Seth came out promptly when scheduled, was polite, respectful, and even advised me on other needs I may have without being pushy. I’ll definitely call them again in the future. I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

The plumbers were able to come same day and work on my leaky faucets. They were experienced and resourceful and fixed the leaks. The price seemed high for the work but maybe that’s just the Dallas plumbing market.

I have a unique home, half under ground, half a second floor, I could not find the source of my issue, water and odor. Two other plumbers declined the job due to the house. Assigned this company by home warranty, no clue if workmanship is any good due to problems just with scheduling. Notified office 3 times no one will be in home before noon due to work & school schedules, kept being scheduled for morning for a non emergency call out. Was never offered 1-7 time slot till home warranty called to cancel. By that time the office had lost my trust & have requested cancelled any further service from this company. As a past service company owner, if scheduling cannot be accommodated doesn't matter how good a tech is because customer is already fed up.
