Incredible customer service! Johnathan and Mike have always gone above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. They're honest and hardworking. We feel they are very fairly priced and have always completed an outstanding job.

Needed a plumbing test done on my house. They came out within a week and had it done within a few hours. They used a camera and showed me that there were no issues. Other places wanted to charge me twice. Will definitely be calling them if I need a plumber.

My AC unit was acting up, couldn’t figure out why. I found this company and called them and they got a tech sent out immediately. Within a few hours my AC was working good as new. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

The technician, Todd, showed up with a work order that a toilet SEAT needed replaced. When I told him it was a toilet SEAL, he quickly changed his tool box and went to work. Fixed problem, CLEANED UP perfectly. Could not have asked for better workmanship.

Northwest Plumbing was very helpful in servicing my home today as I was able to make an appointment today and get a toilet installed today. Eric was very professional and efficient in his work performance. He took his shoes off as he came in my house and cleaned up after his work. Very well done Eric.
