Best Broken Pipes Emergency in Fort Worth TX

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
Will update once repairs are made.

Do not bother doing business with these folks, they have No quality of work and over charge you on top of it, please pick a better plumbing service.

I tried calling to make this complaint, but could not get past the prompts or the answering service to find a real person. I had a bad experience with two of your employees working on a new construction home in the Country Lakes neighborhood (Denton/Argyle). They set up a large speaker in the street near their NCT truck and started to blare VERY loud music (not allowed in Denton). I told them to turn it down - one person did, but the second person immediately walked back to the speaker and turned it up even louder. I told them again to turn it down and they refused, so I had to walk over and turn it down myself. The second person then continued to argue with me until I started taking pictures of their truck with your company name and number.
Even if there wasn't a city ordinance, it is still incredibly rude (and childish) to come to a neighborhood as a representative of a business and be so disrespectful to the homeowners. They could use a small bluetooth speaker in the home, or use earbuds - there's no reason to come into a residential neighborhood and act like you're throwing a block party.

We have used Hawk on several occasions, from installing a new water heater, to bathroom plumbing, and air conditioning maintenance. We have always been impressed with the quality of service from the technicians and the friendliness and helpfulness from the office staff. Because of their level of knowledge and customer service, we give this company high recommendations.

The technician was on time and listened to our description of the issues and then went about resolving the blockage and restoring service to the house plumbing. He also discovered a iron pipe issue which we didn’t know about and showed us in detail the status of it. Additionally he gave us support in the right description to give to our homeowners insurance company regarding repairs and working with Wilson Home Services to setup and schedule the work needed to replace the old cast iron pipe and ensure the future safety of the house and home!

I can't recall the last time I received such excellent service from a company. The plumbers made a fantastic sump pump repair job. It means a lot to me.

Encountered a driver from this company who was driving very recklessly down Rufe Snow. They were cutting people off left and right and causing people to switch lanes just to get away from them. I stayed behind them and got a photo of the license plate/van to be a witness in case there was a crash.

Earl from Peerless Plumbing Company Haltom City was nothing short of excellent. I called them on short notice for a sewage pipe back-up and he arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. Very polite, kept the area clean and completed the job within the timeline given. Will definitely call them for my plumbing needs in the future.

They were already familiar with the setup and were able to quickly diagnose the issue. The job was completed in a couple of hours and they even took the time to explain the operations of the water heater in detail.
