I needed a hydrostatic sewer test as well as a static line test in order to transfer my foundation warranty from the previous owners of my home. Roy and Max with Delta 1 were able to get me on the schedule the same day I called. Very professional guys, and definitely knew what they were doing. Very well priced, and if---WHEN--- I have another plumbing project needing done, I won't hesitate to call on them again.

I had the best plumber today at my house. He answered all my questions and he knew exactly what to do. His truck was a rolling plumbing supply house. He did a very professional job, very clean, protected my home with shoe covers, protected my floors, fix my tub valve and was in and out in an hour. I finally found a plumber that I will use for all of my plumbing needs from this day forward. My mother needed a plumber and I recommended Delta 1 Plumbing to her as well. Main water line replacement went very smoothly. ABC scheduled the digging crew & pulled permits. The digging crew was fast and kept things very neat...ABC came the next day and laid the new line with two shut-off valves, the the digging crew was back the next day to fill it all in. Would highly recommend ABC Plumbing!!

First time using J5 Plumbing Co. very pleased with the work done. Even though I didn't get to meet Anthony and Devin. My son said they arrived on time. Friendly and professional. If you want a true look into a company's customer service. It should be measured when things go wrong. I used a loanable portable a/c to keep things cool because it would be another 5 days before they could install a new a/c unit. One of the units leaked into my wood plank flooring. It never pooled, just a steady dripping into the seems. Noticed when the planks started to curl. (yikes damage)After reporting this issue I was advised they are not liable. I let the CSR know I would be seeking an attorney's advice and asked for the manager to call me. I received a call from manager, M****. I hope they recorded the call for training purposes on how NOT to deal with a customer. (it was so outrageous I recorded it) Literally yelling at me! Whos the paying customer here approx ($7,000)?
In his screaming rage he accused me of not wanting to pay him. 'That he gets stiffed all the time'. He told me that the customer is always right motto is.. and I quote 'malarkey'. He said it was a slap in the face to loan me a cooler and dare I complain it ruined my floor. When I asked why he would assume I wasn't going to pay. He said 'it's not rocket science'. He was so angry and disrespectful. A true pathetic excuse for elevated customer service. The call ended when he said ' yeah, I got to go'
It's ashamed that this is how you are treated when you are paying for such a big job or any, for that matter. There were no considerations made for even sharing the cost of my insurance deductible to rectify the floor issue.
The sad part.. is the impression I will take from this company because of one bad seed. I would have gave them a 5 star rating based on the techs and work done.
When I host my next customer service conference, workshops and training classes. I will use the experience I had with this young man and his outrageous behavior. Good customer service is not a thing of the past. Thank you Enoch for raising the bar on the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in the last 50 years.

Called to set up immediate service for a business. How we all do, we call several plumbers and figure out who can come out ASAP. Plumber called back and stated he was available but after we had already found another plumber. I informed him of this and he said “thank you have a good day”. Literally 1 minute later, a woman from the same plumbing office called and I told her ‘thank you but we have found another plumber to come out sooner’ she said “y’all can’t be doing this. Y’all need to get it together.” And hung up. I’m so glad we’re not using this business. I don’t know this woman but I wish she talked to me like that when I wasn’t at work.
