Our HVAC was serviced today by Brian Taylor. Excellent job, careful work and informative of the current status of our system. Top drawer service from likely the best company in the business.Jesse was efficient and quietly went about his way, checking out our furnace, AC, and humidifier. Rolf Griffin has good people working for them!Unfortunately, we had a new problem. Our thermostat went out. Ryan and his colleague figured it out and replaced the thermostat at no cost to us. The maintenance contract is a good deal for the consumer.Today was a routine pre-winter service on our furnace, but Rafael was very efficient and meticulous in making sure our system was working perfectly. The twice yearly routine service on our HVAC system is clearly worth the money and gives great peace of mind!
