WOW!!!! A RESOUNDING ❤️WOW❤️!! My heat randomly quit at my place of employment at what happened to be the most freezing cold morning EVER! I called Poormans and was greeted with a very kind calming voice. She reiterated that someone without heat will be a priority (even with their filled day). I had a blockage in a branch line going to a bathroom and called Roto-Rooter. They were out in a very short time and found tree roots causing the problem. Rob resolved the issue very quickly and was very friendly doing so. I would utilize Roto-Rooter again.

UDATE: This issue was addressed directlyby one of the managers. He came to our house and not only resolved the issue, but brought with him the original guy who came to our house to help him learn from what was done wrong. We appreciate it.We were quoted $200 for the drains in our sink to be fixed. During their visit, they broke their tool off in our pipes and stated that WE would be required to pay $1500 for them to rip out our flooring and remove the broken tool – a mistake that THEY made. Extremely laughable. This situation warrants a zero star review but I’m unfortunately limited to an unfitting single star. We will NOT be paying this company a dime more than the initially quoted $200. Good luck trying to swindle people.

I received same day service, the techs were professional and efficient. They diagnosed what was wrong with my drains and fixed it in a timely manner. Fair price.
