It turned out to be a more difficult job than expected and required an unexpected second visit. To his credit, Dave stuck to his original quote, they got it done and did a solid job and we're happy with the new furnace and gas stove. Chad sat down and started making calls to various manufacturers until he found someone who could identify my water heater with the information I had. I had them in for my annual maintenance on my AC. They are great. Even though they were here for the AC, they noticed the vent to my water heater was loose. They provided a new elbow piece and installed it for me along with a new furnace filter. Then they went to work on the AC. While cleaning the AC, they noticed my dryer vent was clogged with lint. Took a picture to show me. Great service.
