Austin was out on 3/27 and did our Heating System inspection. Austin was very thorough. He spent quality time checking, cleaning and inspecting everything. Excellent personality, extremely knowledgeable. We signed another contract with Korte for Preventative Care for our Heating /Air systems, because of Austin.

Greg B and Caleb W. called before they came to the house. They were true to their word and arrived as promised. They were quiet and very clean at their job and efficiently got the work done even long before we expected it all to be completed . Afterward, they took quite a bit of time explaining about our new heat/air furnace, showing how to operate it, and even explaining what to do first if we ever were to have a problem. Caleb is a whiz, connecting the Wi-Fi to my new system, which I personally appreciated. Both very friendly. ALL in all, Great job!
