Best System Design in Fort Wayne IN

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

This was my first time using this business. They were prompt about returning my call and arrived when they said they would.

The service manager Kurt was great to work with and puts customer service first.

Great communication with the girl who answered phone. I thought I was having a great experience with my technician. He told me he was cleaning it or the maintained for $89. I'm not sure what he did but I paid $75 for his knowledge? And than $65 trip charge. When I said I couldn't afford more than $200 he was done and stopped working on my furnace. I'm pretty sure I paid your technician to look at my furnace. So now I get pay an additional $90 to someone to actually clean it since I thought that's what I was paying your technician for. I won't be using you again when I do replace my furnace. Josh called said he was going to make things right but never returned our calls. We won't be using them again.

We have used Poormans 3 times and they are always on time and super friendly. Today we had our water heater go out, and they came out the same day, and fixed our issue. I will only use Poormans. Highly recommended. A+++++. Great job guys!

Mark and Ron were professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything they were doing and what I still need to do. Got the roots out of my sewer and unclogged my bathroom. They showed up on time, were efficient and I would definitely have them do more work at my home

From the time you call the office, to the time the techs came out, Summers is nothing less than amazing. Their customer service all the way to installation, Summers is superior .
