J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

They came the same day I called and made an extraordinary effort to get our issue resolved. Really went above and beyond
