Install went seemless with some minor fixes that the inspector nit picked on inspection, but they came right out to fix and resubmit. I had a korte guy come out and look at my ceiling of my basement today because I have water dripping all over the basement floor. Plus part of my kitchen floor is soak with water and it's wood. I wanted him to find out where it was coming from. He acted like he didn't know what he was doing and he brought a trainee. He was rude and referred me to Waterout to clean the water on the ceiling and basement floor and then they will come back to see where the water was coming from. The Waterout guy told more than him. Plus he said he wasn't going to charge me went to his truck for 30 minutes came back then said he was going to charge 49 dollars after he said he wasn't going to charge me. Also he wrote a rude remark on the email receipt. Wrote water is seeping to the carpet on the the other side of the basement from where the water is dripping from basement ceiling when they clean mess up will be back. First of all the carpet was wet because the sump pump stop one night last week and flooded the basement that's why the carpet is still wet and I told him that. He charged me 49 dollars when he did nothing. And I looked at the pipes and to me it looked like the water was leaking from my pipes because I water dripping from them. I will never do business with them again.
