I can say without a doubt in my mind that this should be your one and only choice for a plumber or water restoration services. They are fast and perform very high quality work.While the pricing may seem a bit higher than what you would expect, you definitely get your money's worth. All of there work comes with an industry leading warranty. If there are any issues, they are quick to remedy the situation.I specifically want to mention one technician, Justin, who was the Water Restoration Specialist I dealt with. We had a complication with our lines and had multiple floods which required follow up service. He probably doesn't deal with the happiest people when he is called out, but he has a great attitude and is very consoling. He had a great attention to detail and was able to quickly organize a plan of attack to save our carpets. Honestly, because of the service I received from Justin specifically, I don't foresee myself looking for any other companies when I need work done in the future. Make sure you keep Justin on your staff, he is the epitome of what a employee should be.All in all, it sucks when you have plumbing or water issues. It isn't something that anyone wants to ever have to deal with. Don't look any further though, Roto-Rooter should be your one and only call. If you want the job done right, they are the ones to do it!

They came out to unclog a sewer but told me it wasn’t needed. Went in to check toilets and sinks and found a couple of things there that were causing a slow flush and drain. Didn’t even charge me! Great people who have been there for others in my family before.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
