A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. I'm very impressed with my whole experience with this company. Brian sold me my air conditioning unit. Seems very upfront and honest. Greg Conrad installed my unit and was prompt showing up and done before the estimated time he predicted. Greg also showed me a faulty trap on my furnace. He replaced it that day as well. This was never mentioned by the other company I had.

Needed some minor work on a leaky sink and the hookup for an ice maker. Office was good at scheduling and keeping us informed. Technician was very friendly and efficient. Appreciated that he was vaccinated for COVID and offered to wear a mask as well.
