Great experience from when we called to someone coming out and giving us a quote to completing the work on my new ac unit and furnace. Very simple, easy to understand. Answered all of our questions. Even gave us another quote on a water heater. I'm so glad I chose korte. They were a pleasure to work with.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.

If I could give this business a zero I would they were here five days ,Nick had no idea what he was doing. We had to get another plumber out here that cost us an additional $600 today he had to redo everything Nick did . do not do not do not please call this plumber they suck.
