Called the number listed on their Google page. The person answers at an alternate location with a lot of background noise. I asked the person if he could go somewhere else bc I couldn't hear him. He tells me he is at a car wash. Takes down my address and phone number, and tell mes that someone will be here within an hour and a half. 3 hours pass and I call back the same number. The same guy answers and I informed him that have been waiting for 3 hours asks for my address and asks me if I was sure that I had called today bc he has nothing booked for me. At that point I thanked him for wasting my time and hung up the phone. This place really needs to get their stuff together.

This is the 2nd time I have used Roto Rooter and both times the experience has been great. Today Mr. Cruz came out and fixed an outdoor faucet that was leaking. He was professional, courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. With that said Roto Rooter charged me a fair price for a job well done. Thank you.
