E. Lopez arrived on schedule. Efficient, competent, pleasant. In routine maintenance found one part charging at less than optimal rate. Explained the problem & replaced the part. Answered all my questions. Replaced filter & left another for me so I would not wait a whole year for next clean filter! Good job.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company. Customer is a crucial element of business success. Every contact your customers have with your business is an opportunity for you to improve your reputation with them and increase the likelihood of further sales.
Mechanical Technologies of El Paso failed to satisfied me (the customer). I purchased two Refrigerated Air split unit for my home. I paid cash, the checks were cashed and deposit in their company account and I have been getting the Run Around by the company staff.
On May 13, 2014, Mechanical Technologies contractor were supposed to clean the air ducks, replaced the vents, and balance the air, however, they arrived at the house at 9 am instead of the scheduled time of 8 am. According to the contractor in charge he stated that they were instructed to attended a company meeting. That day the work was not finished because the work was to be completed by noon, and since they arrived late they weren’t able to complete the duck work.
That afternoon the El Paso City Inspector arrived to inspect the installation of the Refrigerated Airs, he inspected the units and found deficiencies that needs to be fix. Before the inspector departed my home he told me that he was going to RED TAG the units. Mechanical Technologies Office Staff was informed and they send a Company Supervisor over to my house. I explained the deficiencies to him and he promised to have someone on Saturday, May 17, 2014, at noon to fix them. I also talked to the Mechanical Technologies Contractor for the duck work, and we agreed to have the work done on May 17, 2014, also at noon.
On May 17, 2014, at 11:30 am, I called the Mechanical Technologies Office Staff to verified and confirmed that the contractors were going to be here at noon. The receptions told me that she will call me back. At 12:30 pm I decided to call back because, no one had call. The staff in the office told me that the vent contractor was on his way over and that the deficiencies would not be able to be done today, because the supervisor that came over to my house is no longer with the company and they did not have a crew.
I am most annoyed that I wasted an afternoon. My impression of your Company has been tarnished. Finally, I got tired of waiting and of the Run Around in at 1:00 pm I called your staff office and I told them to cancelled the work for today. And for them to have the Manager In Charge call me on Monday, so we could scheduled these appointments AGAIN.
I trust this is not the way Mechanical Technologies wishes to conduct business with valued customers.
